The Hiring Process

Overton Security is a quality-driven company and quality begins in the hiring process. The officers we hire not only reflect on Overton Security and the industry as a whole, but more important, they reflect on our client. Overton Security utilizes an extensive screening process for all applicants and continues with an intensive evaluation for specific postings.
